CALDWELL EXTRUSION FILTERS
Caldwell Extrusion Filters are one of our companies primary products, we ensure that the quality of these meshes are not compromised as poor sub standard inexpensive meshes are woven badly, often have a smaller wire diameter than industry standards that leads to a shorter usage period and impacts the quality of your product.
Our weld packs are made up to your requirements taking into account flow rate and plastic quality and our rimmed packs are for your higher pressure filtering. What ever your needs we know we can help.
CALDWELL SCREENS
Caldwell Screens e.g. Rotex are self-contained production screening machines for separating dry materials by particle size, through the unique gyratory motion of the horizontal screen surface, combined with a positive screen mesh cleaning system.
These screens provide unusually high efficiency and capacity, all the result of continuous development for hundreds of applications throughout scores of industries in many countries.
Screens utilise a unique screening action that provides both accuracy of separation whilst maintaining production rates. Materials are fed into the top of the machine and it is distributed over the entire width of the screen surface and then conveyed to the discharge end.
Larger particles remain above the screen surface while smaller particles pass through as determined by the aperture sizes selected for each screen mesh for the particular application.
Screens can be supplied with one to five screening surfaces producing between two and six separate product grades.
Caldwell's Wire mesh Screens can be supplied with PVC taped edges and metal eyelet's and are available with wear strips if required.
Caldwell's Tensioned Screens can be supplied new or for customers existing screen frames can be re-meshed.
